Our 4th pharmacology test is over... and it was rough. :( One of our hardest tests in medical school yet (at least for me)... it was a lot of material to memorize. Medical school is trying to take over my life! I find some time to do other things, but the vast majority of my time is spend cramming large amounts of knowledge into my head. It is exhausting... I feel somewhate disconnected from the world in a weird sense- I know very little of what goes on in the news, my concept of time is messed up (what day is it anyway?)... but I do know the next test is in 6 days. I also know what antibiotic you use to treat urinary tract infections... or at least I did this morning. That knowledge is slipping away fast, to make room for the new stuff. It is sad, knowing this stuff is definitely not a purpose for living... but hopefully it will help keep people living someday.
