Happy Friday the 13th!
Today was my last day of being an M2- I have finished my second year of medical school. And I am very glad that it is finished. I will be even more ecstatic when the first step of boards is finished (and hopefully passed) four weeks from now. There was some other exciting news today... I saved $200 by switching my car insurance from GEICO to Allstate!!! That made recovery from my Pharmacology exam today a little bit easier. I feel like a walking car insurance advertisement, I should be in one of those commercials- I have been telling people my good news all day. :o)
I took this evening off to enjoy being finished with finals. Kristy, Miranda and I went out to eat at McCallister's- and I got a Chicken Fajita Spud (so BIG- I will eating the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!). Then, we met Naomi and Faith at the cinema to see "Monster in Law." It was pretty funny... and light. Just what we needed. Then, we went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream and sat outside and talked until 11pm. It was fun (and strange) to relax!!
Now, I am going to go to bed... and sleep in as late as I can in the morning! Good night.
