The co-op didn't work out...so I am back to looking for a place. I found a cute studio apartment today! It is a quite a bit smaller than the other place and doesn't have as many perks- but it is nice, has a great bay window, and has parking. I am going to make an offer on Sunday, then we'll see how it goes...
