yes, that's right... I have a cold- my nose is running, my head hurts, and I'm really, really tired. I'm not just extremely sleepy but I am emotionally beat down- this last year and the last few days has been rough. I am excited to have found a condo (after three tries), but now finding the "best loan" seems like a daunting task. I don't have the drive to call lots of banks and get good faith estimates and then fight for the best rate.

also, i'm going to be up in charlotte this weekend, so i can't pick you up from the airport. do you want me to give miranda your car somehow, or do you guys just want to come by here on friday night to pick it up? just let me know.

Pray you are feeling better this morning. From my experience and things I have heard I suggest you avoid Wells Fargo and Bank of America. You are sharp enough to work the angles and get a good loan. Don't think my first comment sent.
