specs: 450 square foot studio, has one secure parking space in the garage (which is just a short ride down the elevator!), washer and dryer in the unit, a bathroom :), etc...

Oooh, it's very cute. I think that built in bedstands are always an added bonus :) I am glad you found something and let me know if you need help moving.
