And I thought the bunny suit was bad... What am I now? A Dogglebee? Please stop. Please.

If you wanted a bunny, why didn't you just buy one?

Candy Trap!!

Posted by Hello From the pumpkin website: I love halloween. I especially loved it as a kid. One of my favorite houses to visit when I was a kid was a house where they would play a prank on you. The Mom would answer the door with the candy. While you were distracted, the Dad would leap out of the bushes in a Gorilla suit and scare the heck out of you.I wasn't alone in enjoying that house. It was fun. This page is about trying to bring some more of that style of fun back to trick or treating.I also wanted some way to discourage a recent trend in my neighborhood. It seems like 15-20 year olds have decided that they deserve some free candy. I don't agree. I think that they deserve a pillowcase full of hose-water.

"There is nothing scarier than a clown in a van. Nothing. Not a darned thing is scarier than a clown in a van.It just so happens that I own a van. It is a big, grey cargo van that we use at my company. I have to enlist the help of a friend for this one. My friend will wear the clown suit and tell all the kids that pass by "psst. Kid. Want some candy?" That'll scare everyone. Parents, kids, the police, heck, I'll even be a little scared."

We ran across two alligators watching us from the shore. They were quite large- the first alligators I have seen in the wild. We also saw a few turtles sunning themselves on logs and Jen almost scooped up a snake with her paddle!
